On November 30 2013, the 40-year old actor left for his organisation's charity car show event.

'Fate of the Furious' cast missing Paul Walker

The latest installment, "The Fate of the Furious," debuts in theaters Friday without its star.

Walker died in a car crash in 2013 just as he was completing filming of "Furious 7."

The crash, which was not connected to filming of the movie, also claimed the life of his racing team partner, Roger Rodas.

"It's been really hard" for 15-year-old Meadow, the senior Walker toldĀ In Touch. "Everybody's still very much in shock. It's taking a long time to [heal], a real long time."

Meadow, who Paul had with ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros, recently filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, alleging that the sports car her father was in when he was killed in November 2013 had several design flaws.

Walker was a passenger in a Porsche a friend was driving when it hit a pole and burst into flames in November 2013.

US media report that a wrongful death lawsuit has now been filed by Walker's daughter Meadow, alleging the carmaker took safety shortcuts.

Porsche has not yet publicly responded to the claims.

After a four-month investigation, police said the Porsche Carrera GT, driven by Walker's friend Roger Rodas, was travelling at 94mph (151kph) in a 45mph zone when it hit a lamp post.
