The Nauru sports office organized a, round the island relay which took place early Saturday morning.
There were three teams, rough riders, connect and jokers. Each team consisted of 24 runners 12 women and 12 men.
The race started and ended at the western bay going clockwise all the way around the whole island.
The team that got in 1st was the rough riders, in red uniform with a time of 1hr 10mins and 6secs. 2nd place was team connect with just 40secs after and 3rd was the jokers.
It was a great achievement from all the runners.
