Spanish retailer Ecomputer is listing the Lumia 950 at €659 and its larger sibling at €749, roughly the same as what the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus cost on the continent.
As these prices do not come from Microsoft itself, they should be taken with a grain of salt, but it's only a matter of weeks before official information will come our way.
The Redmond firm is holding a product unveiling in New York on October 6 and the new handsets are expected to take centre stage.
The Lumia 950 is rumoured to include a 5.2-inch display with a 1440 x 2560 resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chip, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.
The iPhone 6S Plus-rivalling XL has been tipped to include a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and 3GB of RAM.
Reports suggest the new phones will be unveiled alongside a next-generation Surface tablet and Microsoft Band, as well as the budget Lumia 550 handset.
