Rocco, 15, was meant to board a plane to New York from London, where he is currently staying with his father, filmmaker Guy Ritchie.

He missed the flight and told his 57-year-old mother that he was sick of touring and wanted to stay in London with his father, the court heard on Wednesday.

He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York," Ritchie's lawyer Eric Buckley told the judge, according to Page Six.  
The judge questioned if Ritchie, 47, had then prevented his son from returning to the US. 

"This whole show is about celebrating life. And standing up for your rights. Fighting for what you believe in," she said. "It's been very hard for me to get through this show and not forget about what happened last night. So I need to take this moment to acknowledge the tragedy. The tragic killings, assassinations and the senseless ending of precious life that occurred last night in Paris."
