Barbarians coach Michael Cheika picks seven Kiwis to start against Argentina

Rugby World Cup star Nehe Milner-Skudder is one of seven Kiwis named to start for the Barbarians in their rugby match against Argentina at Twickenham this weekend.

Coach Michael Cheika has picked the All Blacks and Hurricanes flyer at fullback for the match on Sunday morning, with Highlanders wing Waisake Naholo, Crusaders second five-eighth Ryan Crotty, Highlanders first five-eighth Lima Sopoaga and Chiefs halfback Tawera Kerr-Barlow the other four New Zealand players to get a start in the backs.

Up front, promising Hurricanes loose-forward Ardie Savea gets the nod at openside flanker, while Blues front-rower Charlie Faumuina will start at tighthead prop. Chiefs prop Jamie Mackintosh is on the reserves bench.

Naholo is set to form a powerful wing combination with Fijian giant Nemani Nadolo, with Springboks veteran lock Victor Matfield captaining the side.

World Cup stand-outs hooker Agustin Creevy, fly-half Nicolas Sanchez and winger Santiago Cordero are all in from the Argentinian team.

A collection of leading rugby players from around the world, the Barbarians are celebrating their 125th anniversary.
