Kylie Jenner kicks off birthday weekend visiting children's hospital

Kylie Jenner kicked off her birthday weekend on Friday...and she's spreading the love and giving back.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star turns 18 on Monday.

"Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla," she wrote on Instagram, alongside a pic of herself standing next to a cart full of gift bags for Children's Hospital L.A.

During the visit, one patient's two older sisters were especially ecstatic to meet Kylie, E! News has learned. They wished her a happy birthday in Armenian and then sang to her in English. They also each presented her with a handmade beaded friendship bracelet. Other patient gave Kylie a poster-sized "Happy Birthday" card.

Part of the proceeds from Kylie and sister Kendall Jenner's eBay store go to Children's Hospital L.A.

Later that day, she joined parents Kris Jenner, 59, and ex Caitlyn Jenner, 65, as well as her sisters for a birthday dinner at the Nobu restaurant in Malibu. The occasion marked the first time Kris and Caitlyn have been photographed together in more than a year and since the Olympian transitioned to become a woman.

At the party, she wore a white, long sleeve jumpsuit and strappy metallic sandals.

Kylie and sisters posted for several adorable selfies together. Khloé also posted a pic of the birthday girl and her cake.

"The festivities are just beginning!!" Khloé wrote. "My baby girl is going to be 18!!! I'm legit going to cry I love you Ky!"

The teen's birthday celebrations will continue through next weekend. She plans to mark the occasion with an appearance at the Beachclub nightclub in Montreal, where the legal drinking age is 18, on Aug. 16.
