Showcasing the Pacific’s finest internationally

Pacific Trade Invest (PTI) Australia are excited to announce they will be showcasing four Pacific Island beauty exporters at Beauty Expo Australia 2017, which will be held from 26-27 August at ICC Sydney in Australia.

The enterprises selected for PTI Australia’s Pacific showcase are Fiji’s Nama of Fiji and Natural Fiji Pty Ltd, Papua New Guinea’s MaxtoneHaus and Island Rose Dream from Tonga.

Beauty Expo Australia is the Pacific’s definitive trade event for beauty professionals, the Pacific beauty enterprises will be showcasing their products alongside top international brands including Napoleon Perdis, PONi Cosmetics and Dermalogica.

Jeremy Grennell, General Manager Exports, PTI Australia, said that the enterprises selected have proven themselves to be export ready. They also have strong brands and packaging, which is essential.

“At an international expo you will be directly compared with international brands so it’s important that your product has a strong identity and packaging that stand strongly with international brands, the four Pacific enterprises we have selected do just that.

“A new feature at this year’s Beauty Expo is visitors can distinguish between brands that focus on natural ingredients in their products and environmental consciousness which creates a real point of difference for the Pacific businesses we are showcasing.

“The Beauty Expo is a great platform that will allow these Pacific businesses to raise their brand awareness to an international market. They will get valuable feedback and the opportunity to foster relationships directly with Australian retailers and distributers. The Expo will also provide them with insight into their competitors, they will see firsthand how their competitors market and position themselves,” Mr Grennell told Pacific Periscope.
